PURPOSE:
Compact size die sinking and drilling edm machine has wide range of application, but most efficient field is the experimental labs, small instrumental workshop, jewelry and medicine tools production.
Combination of two processing methods, electroerosion die sinking and drilling makes this small machine tool a unique means of production.
FEATURES:
ARISTECH LS-150 is compact size, single (Z) axis control, die-sinking and drilling EDM. The machine bedding, the column, the work tables and a number of other basic body assemblies of the machine are made of high-strength fine-grained cast iron — mehanite. Compact design of machine body and coolant tank. User friendly operation board. Microprocessor system of safety devices control: dielectric temperature and level sensor, electrode to workpiece collision prevention system, edge and center determination, infrared flame sensor control, fire extinguisher. Servomotor with single step ecoder for Z axis motion and depth measurement. Digital control of coolant flushing for higher machining efficiency and erosion waste removal. As option, possible to instal spidle rotary system with ER chuck and collets.
