ZNC DIE SINKING MACHINE, LS ZNC

PURPOSE:
This type of die-sinking EDM with single Z axis control, LS series is excellent choice for those who require for high machining efficiency, full cutting function list and low machine price, and don’t have task for X / Y automatic positioning, automatic electrode change.

FEATURES:
LS ZNC series is die-sinking EDM machine with single Z axis control. The new industrial computer specially designed for Z-NC control. The software has dialog window with up-to 10 programing steps. There are two way of parameters setting: 1) automatic — require to input just final depth and other cutting parameters will be uploaded automatically from database; 2) manual — each program step the operator will alternate according his experience.

New arc discharge detector system check every pulse of spark in order to provide most efficient machining and reach max efficiency factor. In addition every machine LS-series, equipped with servo motor for Z-axis motion, optical rulers for X / Y / Z axis with digital readout on the operation screen, high accuracy grade ball screw unit for X / Y / Z.

The machine bedding, the column, the work tables and a number of other basic body assemblies of the machine are made of high-strength fine-grained cast iron — mehanite.

Depend on the square of precessing workpiece there are a choice of possible pulse generators with max output current: 30 A, 50 A, 75 A and 100 A.
