PURPOSE:
CW series EDM machines are designed for stable, precision, semi automatic, and high speed machining of the parts in aerospace, automobile and other high tech industries. Models differ in working table size and its X/Y/Z/U/V axis travel. All models are designed to process any conductive materials with stable accuracy ±3,5 µ, surface quality 0.6 Ra (0.2 Ra – optional) and cutting efficiency up to 200 mm2/min. Brass wire with dia. 0.20, 0.25, 0.3 mm performs as an electrode.
