Our electro-erosion wire-cutting machines are designed for machining of the parts with various shapes and sizes, such as tools, machine parts, jewelry, stamps, processing of teeth, slots, etc. These machines allow you to process parts, made of different brands of steel, high-strength composite alloys, titanium, graphite and more. Models differ in working table size and its X / Y axis travel. All models are designed to process any conductive materials with stable accuracy 10–12 µ, surface quality 0.8–1 Ra and cutting efficiency 80–200 mm/min. Molybdenum wire with dia. 0.12, 0.18, 0.2 mm performs as an electrode.
That is true, that M series machines have lower accuracy and surface quality, than brass wire EDM machines of submerged type. BUT!
