PURPOSE:
Our electro-erosion wire-cutting machines are designed for machining of the parts with various shapes and sizes, such as tools, machine parts, jewelry, stamps, processing of teeth, slots, etc. These machines allow you to process parts, made of different brands of steel, high-strength composite alloys, titanium, graphite and more. Models differ in working table size and its X / Y axis travel. All models are designed to process any conductive materials with stable accuracy 10–12 µ, surface quality 0.8–1 Ra and cutting efficiency 80–200 mm²/min. Molybdenum wire with dia. 0.12, 0.18, 0.2 mm performs as an electrode.

That is true, that M series machines have lower accuracy and surface quality, than brass wire EDM machines of submerged type. BUT! According to production statistics, 50–60 % of all the tasks for EDM machines require worse, than 10 µ accuracy and 0.8 Ra roughness, and the key point is low production costs and production stability.

That’s why we focus our eyes on designing machines, able to satisfy this 50–60 % of orders and reach extremely low production costs. We’ve got it! Our machines can work 24 / 7 / 365, and during one working day with 3 shifts make 4500 mm cutting line (workpiece thickness 50 mm) with 50–60 EUR price only (machine amortization, labor costs and maintenance costs, expendable materials – are included). Detailed calculation can be supplied on demand. The low production costs make it possible to use our machines as unique tools in the workshop for subsidiary and main tasks, repair and new production. These machines can become an affordable alternative to milling, turning and grinding equipment and perfect attachment for high-end EDM.

Automatic alarm and brake system in case of wire breakage.
Automatic lubrication system for ballscrew, guiding way and drum transmission.
The multi-cut function allows you to change the processing parameters by transmitting control commands from CNC system to the gemerator without interrupting the process of electro-erosion treatment.
During the first pass, the machine produces a cut with an allowance for further finishing (subsequent passes) to achieve a better roughness of the treated surface. When processing parts like «punch», the jumper is left, without completing the cut to the end of the pass, so that the punch does not fall out.
On the second pass of the EDM cut, the passage contour moves to the specified equidistance (typical value is 0.02 mm), the CNC system of the EDM machine changes the processing modes to softer ones and the “cleanup” of the processed surface after the previous cut occurs. In the same way, it is possible to produce a number of passes of EDM cutting, achieving better surface roughness.
