The frame has a composite table layout with the column moving along the y axis. the Center of gravity is always located between two linear table guides on the x axis. The X and Y axes are independent, and there is no accumulated error due to less deformation. The front door of the bath is equipped with an electric drive and protection against accidental opening.
- ACCUTEX AP-series machines are capable to reach surface roughness of Ra 0.35 µm (Ra 0.06 µm — optionally) and machining accuracy of ±2.0 μm.
- The machine stand has a compound table design with column movement along Y-axis. The center of gravity is always located between the two linear guide ways on the X-axis. The X and Y axes are independent, there is no cumulative error due to reduced deformation.
- The maximum load on the table is improved to 1,000 kg. The repeatability is less than 2.5 μm after 5 times as measured by laser calibration.
- In the basic version, the machines are equipped with cylindrical linear drive units and linear optical scales with 0.1 μm resolution (optionally 0.05 μm).
- AP Series machines allow machining with wire diameters of 0.05 and 0.07 mm (optional).
- ACCUTEX AP-Series machines are designed for the most precision EDM tasks such as dies production for microelectronics industry.

«AC Servo Tension Wheel», wire tension control during cutting, has reverse tension when wire broken.
«Wire End Needle-Shaping», special cut-off wire features, when wire burnout the reverse tension pull wire back and needle shape of wire end forming automatically.
«Waste Wire Auto Removing Device» – exclusive designed by Accutex. Automatically remove the remains of broken wire by pressed air into the wire rubbish container.
«Devices for using 0.05 ~ 0.1 mm wire». For example, the success rate of automatic wire refills of 0.07 mm is 90% at the height of the workpiece up to 30 mm, which is suitable for micro-processing.
SD-Master – the system that provides high repeatability in accuracy by applying the same cutting data on different machines. Improves the quality of the workpiece and simplifies the management procedure. The SD-Master high-speed cut with a stable feed rate stabilizes the cutting process, especially in high-speed mode.
AccuteX intellectual current generator – it is able to work with changing conditions in the workpiece thickness and water washing, which allows processing with high cutting speed and no problems with wire breaks.
High resolution signal processor – provides a more smooth control of speed and increases the stability of position control. Can match the best contour accuracy.
Taper cutting control system – For different cutting parameters, wire diameter, angle and thickness of the workpiece, the Accutex controller automatically optimizes the parameters to maintain the best angular performance with high accuracy, as well as the cutting speed. Even at small and continuous angles, Accutex can still provide better accuracy.
Anticollision system – The machine has built-in protection against mechanical collisions of the upper head with devices or workpieces.
6th axis rotary table as option – can be completely submerged in water and will still maintain high performance and accuracy, IP68 protection class. The built-in motorized spindle has an ultra-high resolution of 720,000 pulses per revolution, eliminating problems with backlash. The turntable can be used in both vertical and horizontal positions.
